We strive for your total satisfaction and repeat business. Upon receipt of our order, should an item not meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days for a prompt merchandise refund or credit (custom logo and special orders excluded).

Pricing:

Our objective is to provide you with quality merchandise at the best possible prices. Due to overseas markets and fluctuations in currency exchanges, all prices are subject to change. Prices reflect wholesale piece cost, and are sold by the dozen (or as detailed). Suggested retail is a three to four-time mark-up; however this may vary in your particular location.

Net 30 days terms: To apply for open account terms, please request a credit application.  To expedite your first order, you may wish to consider using a credit card.  Minimum order for first time open a NET account is $450; reorders are $250

Credit Card and Prepaid Orders (Minimum Order $250):

For your convenience, you may choose to pay by Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express and take advantage of the special bonus points and terms offered by your bank. For credit card use, payment must be authorized and processed prior to shipment.

Please note that all credit card orders Will need to complete a Credit Card Address Verification Form with every order. Your completion of this authorization form helps us to protect you, our valued customer, from credit card fraud. All information entered on this form Will be kept strictly confidential. Orders may only be shipped if shipping address matches the address on credit card billing statement.

You may also choose to prepay your order, in which your order Will be processed upon receipt of funds.

International Shipments (outside Caribbean or Canada) (Min Order $750):

Credit Cards not accepted. Orders are processed following receipt of bank transfer or clearing of your pre- payment. Due to documentation and additional requirements, repeat International orders have a $425.00 minimum.

International Shipments to Caribbean and Canada (Min Order $400) :

Orders are processed following receipt of bank transfer, clearing of your pre- payment, or credit card payment.

Wholesale Accounts Only
