Our objective is to provide you with quality merchandise at the best possible prices.  Due to overseas markets and fluctuations in currency exchanges, all prices are subject to change.  Prices reflect wholesale piece cost, and are sold by the dozen (or as detailed).  Suggested retail is a three to four time mark-up; however this may vary in your particular location.

Returns: 

To ensure proper credit, all returns require an RMA#, issued by Phillips, on the outside of the box adjacent to the shipping label.  Returned items must be in their original packaging, in complete dozens and re-saleable condition (free of any price stickers); returned freight prepaid within 15 day guarantee period (call tags are not issued).  Unauthorized returns, if accepted, will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Credit Card and Prepaid Orders: 

For your convenience, you may choose to pay by Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express and take advantage of the special bonus points and terms offered by your bank. For credit card use, payment must be authorized and processed prior to shipment. You may also chose to prepay your order, in which your order will be processed upon receipt of funds. Net 30 days terms:  To apply for open account terms, please request a credit application.  To expedite your first order, you may wish to consider using a credit card.  Minimum order for first time open account is $450.00; reorders are $200.00

International Shipments (outside Caribbean and Canada):  Minimum Order: $750.Credit Cards not accepted.  Orders are processed following receipt of bank transfer or clearing of your pre-payment. Due to documentation and additional requirements, repeat International orders have a $425.00 minimum.

International Shipments to Caribbean and Canada:  Minimum Order: $400. Orders are processed following receipt of bank transfer, clearing of your pre-payment, or credit card payment.
